滚刀齿形铲磨原理的研究及其应用

摘    要:通过论证阿基米德螺旋面不可径向铲磨,引出“螺纹铲削面和圆柱性螺旋面都 是不可径向铲磨曲面” 的重要概念,从而阐明了滚刀齿形铲磨时其齿侧面必然发生 畸变的根本原因,指出了滚刀齿形铲磨原理的本质。 应用铲磨原理,文中提出一种计算铲磨砂轮廓形的新方法;提出一种能使齿轮 滚刀齿侧面1/2齿长上齿形都保持AA级精度的变K值铲磨新工艺;此外,还提出一 种金刚石铲磨砂轮修形的共轭拟合新方法。

Abstract:According to the demonstration that the Archimedes helical surface cannot be made by the method of radial relieving grinding,this paper leads to an im portant conclusion, that is, hoth the helical relieving Surface and cylindrical he lical Surface are the curved surfaces which cannot be made by means of radial relieving grinding. Through this conclusion the basic reason of the inevitably re lieving grinding distortion taking place on the hob flank has been expounded,and the essence of the principle of relieving grinding for hob's profile has been pointed out. Applying the principle of relieving grinding, this paper presents a new me thod for calculating the profile of the relieving grinding wheel .Also, this paper develops a new relieving grinding technology with varied value K that is avai lable to obtain the accuracy ciass AA to the profile within one half flank length of gear hob's flank. And more, it provides a new conjugative approach method for dressing the diamond relieving grinding wheel.
