| 摘 要： | 随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,旅游人才的稀缺也成了不可回避的问题。人才培养的关键在于教育,但是当今旅游高等教育所培养的本科人才大都只有理论知识,缺乏实践操作能力。本文对这一问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of tourism,the shortage of tourism talent has become an unavoidable problem.The key of personnel training is education;however,most of the tourism talents with higher education are lack of practical operation ability.The paper discusses the problem,and puts forwards the corresponding solutions. |
