| Abstract: | This paper points out that the consumption on debt that is popular in today's China has caused huge waste of the resources and the serious environmental pollution,which influences the sustainable development of the economy,therefore,the urgent task is to change the consumption concept and the consumption mode and establish an economizing-type society,and puts forward some measures for establishing an economizing-type society. |
