铝合金三维弯曲管件差速挤压过程有限元模拟

摘    要:本文采用材料流动控制方法,实现了弯曲管件一次性挤压成形;采用有限元法,在DEFORM-3D有限元商业软件上实现了弯曲管件双凸模差速挤出过程的三维数值模拟,分析了双凸模挤压过程速度场分布、材料流动规律、挤压力、应力场和应变场的分布以及在4个凸模作用下实现了管材的空间弯曲;介绍了一次性挤压直接成形弯曲管件的机理,对实际模具设计将具有重要的指导意义.
