| 摘 要： | 柔道运动员是属于技能主导类格斗对抗项群,随着柔道运动水平的提高,教练员和运动员的关系也越来越受到了重视,他们之间关系的好坏直接影响着运动员正常的、系统的训练。通过对教练员和运动员之间关系的研究,期望可以为柔道教练员、运动员提供参考。
