| 摘 要： | 情商教育是高校教育中十分重要的环节,对大学生综合素质的培养有着重要意义。目前很多大学生情商较低,拓展训练作为高校情商教育的载体,能够提高大学生自信心、毅力、合作能力、人际交往能力和认知情绪能力。

| Abstract: | EQ education is very important link in university,and it has great significance in training of the university student's comprehensive quality.At present,many university student's EQ is low.As a carrier of the university EQ education,outward bound can improve the self-confidence,perseverance,cooperation,interpersonal and cognitive emotion competence of university students. |
