| 摘 要： | 运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对民间花鼓灯锻炼团体的组织结构进行调查分析,探讨制约民间花鼓灯组织健康发展的瓶颈。借鉴社会对体育的控制模式对民间花鼓灯组织的健康发展提供建设性的指导。科学、合理的设计花鼓灯锻炼团体的运行方式,为民间体育团体的培育、管理提供参考。
