| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法对江苏省拳击队后备人才队伍现状进行了调查研究,在研究的基础上提出了江苏拳击队后备人才培养的对策:制定青奥会拳击运动员培养方案;青奥会拳击运动员培养的政策支撑;构建拳击运动"三级"培养模式;加强基层拳击教练队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | The literature,surveys and other research methods in Jiangsu Province boxing reserve personnel status was investigated in the study based on the reserve in Jiangsu boxing training approach: the development of the Youth Olympic boxer training program;Youth Olympic boxers training policy support;build boxing 3 training mode;strengthen grass-roots boxing coach,team-building. |
