| 摘 要： | 本工作研究了一系列锰合金白口铸铁的磨粒磨损,用湿砂橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机进行低应力磨粒磨损试验,从合金的化学成分、硬度、渗碳体碳化物体积分量和动态断裂韧性的角度分析了锰白口铸铁的磨粒磨损特性,用扫描电镜观察分析了试样的磨损表面,探讨了磨损机理。研究结果还给出了对于耐磨锰合金自口铸铁的适宜的锰、碳、硅含量。

| Abstract: | The abrasive wear of a series of Mn-white cast iron has been investigated in the work.The low-stress abrasive wear tests have been conducted with wet-sand rubber wheel abrasion testing mashine.The abrasive wear character of Mn-white cast iron has been ana- lyzed with respect to chemical composition,hardness,cementite carbide volume fraction and dynamic fracture toughness.SEM has been used to observe the worn surface of speci- men.The abrasion mechanisms were approached.The results also indicated the opsume Mn-,C-,and Si-content for wear resistance of Mn-white cast iron. |
