日粮中添加植物油对蛋鸡胸肌和肝脏中亚麻酸含量的影响

100只52周龄蛋鸡分为五组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂3%的胡麻油,3%的菜籽油,3%的大豆油和3%的花生油日粮,研究日粮中添加植物油对胸肌和肝脏中亚麻酸(C18:3)含量的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加3%植物油可明显提高生产性能,试验组蛋鸡胸肌和肝脏中亚麻酸(C18:3)的含量都明显高于对照组(P<0 05)。试验1组胸肌中亚麻酸(C18:3)的含量比对照组提高166 7%,试验4组比对照组提高60%。

Effect of supplement of plant oil in diet of layer on content of linolenic acid in chest muscle and liver

100 layers (at the age 52 weeks) were divided into randomly five groups.The layers of control group were fed basal diet.The layer of four experiment groups were fed the diet with 3% flaxseed oil,3% rapeseed oil,3% soy bean oil and 3% peanut oil,respectively,to study the effect of supplement of plant oil in diet of layer on contents of linolenic acid in chest muscle and liver.The results showed that performance of layer were improved when plant oil were added into diet (P<0.05).The content of linolenic acid in chest muscle and liver of experiment groups layer was significantly higher than that of control group layer (P<0.05).The content of linolenic acid in chest muscle of experiment group 1 was 166.7% higher than that of control group,and one of experiment group 4 was 60% higher than that of control group.
