| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价法从原理、内容及方法上与原有定额计价模式相比有很大差别。其应用特点是有利于企业发展，使工程招投标更加公开、公平，简化预结算编审；应用要求是保证编制的准确性，建立报价澄清制度，净化行业环境,提高人员素质。同时，讨论了应用过程中的风险防范和完善其体系法规建设问题。

| Abstract: | In principle,content and method,the valuation method of engineering volume list(EVL) is quite different from the previous one which adopted quota valuation mode.Its features have been presented as that it can benefit the developing of enterprises,make the engineering tenders public and fair,simplify the read and edit working of the budget and final accounts.The practical demands have been described including ensuring the accurace of working out the EVL,establishing the offer clarification system of EVL,clearing the professional environment and enhacing the quality of the employed.The risk prevent and to make perfect the profession rules were discussed. |
