| Abstract: | In this paper,we investigate and analyze queuing system of bank applying queuing theory,and obtain values of mainly performance index of corresponding system,Also we provide the managers of the bank with scientific basis and feasible methods in order to arrange the service windows reasonably,optimize the system and rise the efficiency greatly. |
