| Abstract: | The essence of encouragement is to make people move forward and make progress by stimulation and encouragement. It is the precondition and condition for achieving the best leading efficiency. This paper explores how to establish the encouragement mechanism for teachers in teh school management from the perspectives of ideological encouragement, trust crisis, goal mechanism, material encouragement and care encouragement. |
