| 摘 要： | 本文采用快速牵拉、反折法结合小夹板外固定治疗科雷氏骨折２７５例，其中２８例为陈旧性骨折，２４７例为新鲜性骨折．结果：早期优良者达２６３例（９６％）．半年后随访２１２例，优良者达２０１例（９５％），占新鲜骨折总例数的８１．３％．骨折临床愈合时间短，平均２７２天．复位方法简单、省力、易掌握，不受特殊设备限制，适用于基层医疗单位．

| Abstract: | This paper reports that 275 cases of patients with Colle's fracture have been treated by quick traction,reverse osteoclasis and little pressing boards fixator.Among those cases 28 were old fracture and 247 were fresh fracture.operation results have showed that excellently cured cases in early period reached 263(96%).Among 212 cases who have been regularly visited for half yearl excellently cured cases reached 201(95%), which amounts to 81.3% of the total fresh fracture.The average time for cure is 27.2 days.This method is both simple and economical. |
