摘    要:人才是一种资源,它不仅本身具有价值,而且能够创造使用价值。人力资源开发及管理就是要以“人”为中心,寻求科学合理的人职匹配,将“人”的发展与企业的发展有机地联系起来。通过对“人”的有效激励,发挥“人”的最大能动性,从而达到企业增效的目的。

Abstract:The talent, which is a kind of resource, not only possesses the value of itself but also create the use- value. The development and management of the human resource is to take the people as the center, seek scientific and rational people- post matching, and make organic connection of people's development and enterprise's development. Through the effective excitation for the people, give full play to people's biggest latent ability for the purpose of increasing the benefit of the enterprise.
