| Abstract: | The performance deviation of China local governments under the market economic system and its reasons are explored.Based on the theories of market economics and government public behaviors,the practical problems to the development of our economics are analyzed.It is pointed out that China local government,as the dominant of market-oriented reform,should adapt to local interests and meet the growing demand-oriented,to maximize local economy and social welfare. |
