江西高校大学生专业承诺及其相关研究

摘    要:应用大学生专业承诺、学习适应性与学习自我效能感等量表,对江西5所高校学生527人进行测查。结果表明:江西高校大学生情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺及专业承诺总分中等偏上;江西高校大学生理想承诺、继续承诺与专业承诺总分存在极其显著性别差异,男生高于女生;江西高校大学生专业承诺总分及其各因子上,均存在显著年级差异,且年级越高,水平越低;学习适应性与学习自我效能感各因子与专业承诺总分均存在显著正相关,并对专业承诺总分具有显著预测作用。

Abstract:527 Commitment Scale, undergraduates from 5 universities in Jiang'xi were investiopded Undergraduate Major Undergraduate Learning Adaptability Scale and Learning Self-efficacy Scale.The results reveal that the levels of affective commitment,ideal commitment,normative commitment, continuance commitment and major-commitment were comparatively high;there existed significant differences between genders in the levels of ideal commitment, continuance commitment and major-commitment, with the boys' levels higher than the girls' ;remarkable differences existed among grades in the levels of major commitment and its dimensions. It descended with the increase of grades;the components of learning adaptability and learning self-efficacy were significantly co-related with major-commitment scores and could be served as a predicator of major-commitment.
