| 摘 要： | 本文对小型TEACO_2激光器采用平—凹稳定腔输出的一些特性进行了实验研究,结果证明当R>15米曲率半径全反镜,其输出有较高的能量,且发散角小,并有较好的激光模式。

| Abstract: | Experimental study on some fundamental characte-ristics of smallsize laser TEACO_2 using stabilized plano-concaveresonator is made, The results show that when R>15m radius curvatureon reflecting mirror, the output has higher energy, Smaller angle ofdivergence, and better mode in the laser. |
