天津市滨海地区产业结构优化问题

从天津市滨海地区的实际出发，以区域经济，资源，环境的协调发展为目标，采用定性分析与定量计算相结合的方法，研究了滨海地区的产业结构优化问题，在对该区产业结构现状分析的基础上，从经济，资源，环境3方面分析了产业结构的相关因素与关键因子，建立了两类产业结构优化模型，在选定的高，中，低3种发展速度下，进行了模型的仿真运算，提出了推荐方案及实施的政策建议。

STUDY ON THE OPTIMIZATION FOR INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE IN THE COASTAL AREA OF TIANJIN

In this paper, the optimization for the industrial structure in the coastal area of Tianjin is studied according to the characteristics of this area. The coordinative development of local economy, resources and environment is taken as the objective, and the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation is employed. On the basic of the analysis of present industrial structures in this area, the related elements and key factors of the industrial stractare are analysed from three aspects-economy, resources and environment. Two types of optimization models for industrial structures are established, and simulating operations are made under three selected speed (high, middle, and low). Finally, recommending plannings and policy suggestions arc put forward.
