| Abstract: | The paper first analyses the characteristic of teaching material diversity,resource globalization,virtual environment,teaching individuation,study independence and communication diversification under informational environment and resource.Cultivating the innovative ability of computer major students under informational environment and resource,we can adopt seven major measures,such as setting up innovative ability teaching system. |
