| 摘 要： | 法官渎职犯罪不仅会对公民权利造成侵害,而且会损害司法权威与公信力,妨害社会公平正义的实现,影响社会和谐稳定。目前,法官渎职犯罪呈现出许多新的特点。我们还需在传统研究的基础上,从文化因素、经济因素、法官自身因素等方面加强对法官渎职犯罪原因的研究。

| Abstract: | The crime of dereliction of duty by the judge will not only do harm to civilian＇s rights, but also law＇s authofity and credit. It will impede the realization of social justice and influence social harmony and stability. At present time, the crime of dereliction of duty by the judge show many new characteristics. We should research the causes of the crime from cultural factors, economic factors, and personal factors on the base of traditional research. |
