| 摘 要： | 人文关怀思想贯穿于人类文明发展的始终，具有鲜明的时代性、层次性和普适性，是当今社会发展的一个重要特征。人文关怀是实现科学发展的动力源泉，是构建和谐社会的有效方略，是推动社会文明的重要途径。体现人文关怀，就要改善人们的生存状况，维护弱势群体权益，维护社会公平正义，促进人的全面发展。
