符号之哲学本质探析

符号，作为一种功能性和工具性的存在，是人类约定俗成的对象指称，是人类表达思想的基本工具，也是以人为主体的创造成果。这样一种存在，也是一种意义性和为我性的存在；它存在并产生于人类历史的一定关系之中。因此，就其哲学本质而言，符号就是人类在特定关系中创造出来的用以指称对象、表达思想、进行交往的一种功能性和工具性存在。

Philosophical Essence of Sign

As a functional and instrumental existence, sign is a conventional referent for object and the basic tool for human to express thought. It is also a creative achievement basing on human subject. It is a meaning- oriented and for - myself existence. It exists and is produced in certain relationship of human history. Therefore, philosophically, sign is a functional and instrumental existence which is produced in certain relationship of human and is used to refer to object, express thought and conduct communication.
