公务员作为一种特殊的社会群体,自然也会有其特殊的心理问题。我们应加强公务员队伍的心理建设。首先,公务员要保持良好的心态,一方面及时进行自我心理调节,另一方面共同营造一个健康的现实环境;其次,必须加强公务员队伍的文化建设;再次,要创新和完善公务员队伍的管理机制。

Psychological Construction of the Contemporary Chinese Civil Servants
