实践教学在新时期大学生社会化中的作用——兼论我校思想政治理论课的社会实践模式选择

大学生的社会化应该包括两个方面：一方面是大学生接受社会教化。逐步适应社会的过程：另一方面是大学生进入社会、服务社会并引领社会前进方向的过程。“80后”大学生的社会化存在自身的特点和问题。社会实践是缩短大学生社会化过程和提高大学生综合素质的有效方式。社会实践的方式多种多样，我校在比较中选择了让在校大学生担任村官助理的崭新形式。

Functions of Practice Teaching in Socialization of College Students in New Period

The socialization of college students consists of two aspects：one is the process for the college students to receive the education in the society and gradually adapt to the society; the other is the process for the college students to enter the society,serve the society and guide the society. The college students born in the 1980s feature themselves in the socialization. Practice in the society is an effective way to shorten the socialization course and improve the integrated competence. There is a great variety of methods for social practices. In the author＇s university, a brand-new method has been adopted so that the students would act as assistants to the village leaders.
