| Abstract: | This paper demonstrates the importance and necessity of giving full play to the educational function of community and town library, and points out that the continuous education should regard the people as the dominant factor, make accurate allocation, adopt various forms, and its precondition should be increasing the comprehensive quality of the staff members. |
