摘    要:本文介绍一种硬、软件十分简单、稳定可靠的微机控制弧焊电源应用系统。提出了PID算法是能够兼顾静动特性的微机——可控硅电源系统的控制算法,并讨论了PID算法中各参数的变化对短路过渡时电流波形的影响。试验结果表明,本文推出的系统完全能够满足MMA,TIG等焊接方法的工艺要求,且具有飞溅小、电弧稳定、调节范围宽和动特性可控等特点。

Abstract:A stable, reliable, and simple both in hardware andsoftware applied system for scr arc welding power source with microcomputer control is described in this paper. It is pointed out that the PID algorithm is such one for this aplljed system, by which both static and dynamic characteristics canbe taken into consideration. The influence of different coefficients in PID algorithm on the current wave of short-circuiting transient also discussed. The results of welding tests show that this opllied system fully meets the technological needs for MMA, TIG, ect. and it has the adran-tages of less splash, stable arc, wide adjusing range, and controlled dynamics behavior.
