An Analysis on the Adjustment Strategies of Niche Theory on Occupational Stress in Teachers of Higher Education

The fast development of higher education requires higher professional level from teachers. As educators, teachers＇ workload is increasing everyday which caused higher occupational stress and consequently cast bad effects on teachers＇ enthusiasm and healthy development. Analyzing the adjustment strategies of Niche Theory on occupational stress in teachers of higher education contributes to a positive attitude towards occupational stress and helps teachers devote themselves in the higher education reform, promoting a sustainable and harmonious development of higher education.
