双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药治疗结石性肾绞痛的效果观察及护理

目的探讨双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药治疗肾绞痛的疗效，以便更好地护理结石性肾绞痛病人。方法通过对85例不同年龄段的病人，应用双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药后，止痛时间与疗效进行观察分析。结果止痛时间为15-20min的息者占20％，30-60min的占70％，60min的占10％，无效0例。结论双氯芬酸钠栓止痛时间快、持久、不良反应少，给药方便，效果好，减少了病人痛苦，减轻了患者经济负担，值得临床上推广应用。

Observation of effect of rectal administration diclofenac sodium suppositorie on renal colic caused by calculus

Objective：To observe the effect of rectal administration diclofenac sodium suppositorie on renal colic caused by calculus.Methods：The author spent one year to observe and analyze the effect of diclofenac sodium suppositories in 85 patients of different age groups.Results：The rate of the initial time of relieve pain in 15-20 minutes was 20%, in 30-60 minutes was 70%, in 60 minutes was 10%, No case was invalid.Conclusion： Diclofenac more quickly, with longer-lasting sodium suppositories supplied through rectum can relieve patients＇ pain effect and less side effect, is applied more conveniently, works more effectively, reduces patients＇ pain and lightens patients＇ economic burden. Therefore it is worth promoting and applying in clinics.
