关于师范教育教学机构设置体制的分析与思考

摘    要:教学机构是高等学校实施教育教学过程,实现培养目标的组织保证;同时,教学机构的设置反映了特定的办学观念、教育思想,对专业的培养目标、培养模式及学生的学程具有直接的制约作用。在师范高等教育领域,目前相对地主要有两种师范教育教学机构设置体制,即以学科标准为中心的教学机构设置体制和以教师职业标准为中心的教学机构设置体制。它们各有特点,但就我国师范高等教育改革而言,后者更应是我们的选择。这样,才能真正实现师范高等教育的专业化,否则,即便是采取开放式师范教育体制,让综合性大学参与师范高等教育,也不能从根本上解决当前我国师范高等教育中的问题。

Abstract:Teaching-institution is the organization guarantee of carrying out the education course and realizing the fostering target in universities;furthermore,the setting of teaching-institution reflects a specific idea of running a school and a particular conception of instruction.In the field of higher normal education,there are two main systems of setting teaching-institution all over the world:the one is of subject-criterion-central and the other is of profession-criterion-central.Although each system has its own characteristics,we'd better choice the latter one as for the reformation of the mormal education in China nowadays.Only by this way can the specialization of higher normal education be realized;otherwise,even if we take the open normal education system and have the comprehensive universities undertake normal education,the problems in normal education couldn't be resolved radically.
