聚苯胺膜载铂电极对乙醇的电催化性能

摘    要:利用脉冲电位法,在置于硫酸溶液中的Pt片电极上电聚合导电高分子聚苯胺,将其用于催化剂Pt负载。采用恒电位法和脉冲电位法沉积Pt催化剂制备了聚苯胺载铂复合电极(Pt-PANi/Pt)。通过循环伏安和SEM测试证明:Pt的电沉积方法和铂载量的大小对聚苯胺载铂电极催化乙醇的电活性具有很大影响。在一定的铂载量下,脉冲电位法电沉积Pt形成的复合电极较恒电位法电沉积Pt得到的复合电极对乙醇具有更高的催化活性;交流阻抗测试Pt-PANi/Pt复合电极结果表明:电化学反应阻抗小,催化活性高;反应温度提高,有利于乙醇的催化氧化,反应温度为80℃时,催化电流达到32mA/cm2

Abstract:Electropolymerization of polyaniline(PANi)on platinum sheets as a way of loading Pt has been performed.Platinum microparticles were deposited on PANi by the pulse potentiostatic method and the constant potential method.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and cyclic voltammetry(CV)showed that the catalytic activity of the composite electrode to ethanol was affected significantly by both the electrodeposition method used and the Pt loading.Compared with the constant potential method,the electrocat...
