| 摘 要： | 实施财政国库集中支付制度是我国公共财政改革的一项重大举措。国库集中支付制度有效地提高了财政资金使用效率、加强了财政支出的监督管理。文章就高校在实施国库集中支付制度的过程中对该制度的认识及遇到的具体问题谈一些看法。

| Abstract: | The implementation of financial centralized treasury payment system is a major measure of the reform of our treasury finance. The system has effectively increased the efficiency of the use of fiscal funds, strengthened the supervision and management of financial expenditure. This paper gives some comments about understanding of the system and the specific problems encountered in the implementation process in colleges and universities. |
