指标综合值评估法在教师专业素质评价中的应用

由于评估中各项指标的权重差距很大,单纯地用主成分分析法无法得出符合实际的评价结果,本文提出了一种新的指标综合值评估法,将主成分分析法与层次分析法进行了综合运用。采取了“双重权”的处理方法,将原始数据直接代入计算,避免了模糊处理过程中由于主观因素所带来的误差。此评估方法应用于教师专业素质评价中,得出了满意的评价结果。

The Application of Evaluation System for Comprehensive Index Values

In specialty evaluaion system of the special levels of teachers,it is impossible to get the real data by using main component analysis(MCA)only since the weight error of each index is varied.A new evaluaion system for comprehensive index-values, mentioned in this paper,is a combination of the MCA and the level analysis.using this method,the "duplex weight"is adopted.We can directly use primary data in statistics so that the procedure of fogging processing for the primary data is avoided.The system can also reduce the error caused subjectively.
