| 摘 要： | 通过对中国对虾胚胎发育时期卵的形态变化的观察，提出因受内分泌系统调节的启动作用，使卵的成熟、排卵、排精得到协调统一；精子入卵的时间是在卵的第二次成熟分裂中期，表现出第一极体位于受精膜之外，第二极体位于受精膜之内，与资料记载有差异。

| Abstract: | The morphological changes of Penaeus oricntalis ovum during embryo de-veloping period have been observed.The promoting function of internal secretion system,coordinates and unites ovum mature,ovulation and drain sperm. The time that sperm en-ters ovum is in the middle period of the second ovum mature division. It showes that thefirst polar globule lies in the external fertilization membrane and the second polar globulein the internal fertilization membrane. which are different from the data recorded in litera-ture. |
