| 摘 要： | 探讨从我国基本意识形态载体党章的具体内容中寻求法治国家建设的路径问题.党章中的"代表最广大人民的根本利益"的政治宣言、"坚持全心全意为人民服务"的执政理念、"发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明"的执政方式分别契合了法治国家的利益观、规则治理观以及民主程序观.由此可见,寻求法治国家的建设路径不应无视我们已经拥有的意识形态资源,而应当将其作为这个路径中不可或缺的要素.
