摘    要:为进一步拓展漆酶在污染物处理领域中的应用,通过330弱碱性树脂作为固定化载体,用戊二醛交联固定化漆酶,并对树脂固定化漆酶的酶学性质进行研究,研究结果表明:固定化漆酶在60℃体现了最佳活性,对温度的承受能力有所提高;固定化漆酶的最适pH在pH=3处,更耐酸碱性;固定化漆酶在放置30 d后,相对于初始酶活仍然保持了50%左右的酶活,循环使用10次后,相对酶活仍能保持初始酶活的45%左右。

Abstract:Laccase has the ability to catalyze the degradation of certain pollutants,but because of it′s poor stability,high sensitivity to the surrounding environment and hard to reuse,the application of laccase in the field of pollutants treatment is limited.The laccase immobilization on 330 resins and its performance was investigated.The optimized pH value and temperature were pH=3 and 60 ℃,the pH stability and temperature stability increased.After keeping 30 days,the results indicated that reclaimed activity was 50%,and after 10 times’ use it still kept 45%.
