Pd含量对Pt-Pd/C催化剂电催化氧化活性的影响

摘    要:采用浸渍液相还原微波辅助法制备了不同Pt-Pd原子比例的、高分散碳载铂钯(Pt-Pd/C)催化剂。运用循环伏安法(CV)、线性扫描(LSV)、计时电流法(CA)、能谱(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等技术分析不同Pt-Pd原子比例Pt-Pd/C催化剂的组成、结构及其对甲醇的电催化氧化活性的影响。实验结果表明,Pd本身对甲醇没有电催化氧化活性,但Pd的加入影响Pt/C催化剂对甲醇的电催化氧化活性。当Pt∶Pd原子比为2∶1时,催化剂对甲醇具有最高的电催化氧化活性和稳定性。

Abstract:Carbon supported highly dispersed platinum-palladium(Pt-Pd/C) catalysts were prepared by Microwave-assisted impregnation liquid reductants.Different techniques,such as cyclic voltammetry(CV),linear sweep(LSV),chronoamperometry(CA),spectroscopy(EDS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),were used to characterize the catalysts,the composition and structure of the Pt-Pd/C catalysts and the electro-catalytic oxidation activities for methanol.The results showed that Pd itself had no electro-catalytic oxidation activities for methanol,but the addition of Pd affected the electro-catalytic oxidation activities of the Pt/C catalysts for methanol.The Pt-Pd/C catalysts had the highest activities and stabilities for methanol when the Pt-Pd atomic ratio was 2∶1.
