| 摘 要： | 加强科技创新产业化能力建设,是推动高新技术产业发展,促进科技资源向财富转化的关键。需要从深化科技金融改革创新入手,推进科技金融结合,构建适应于科技创新产业化和科技型企业发展的多元化、多层次科技投融资体系和政策环境,构建支撑科技创新产业化的功能性平台,大力培育中介服务机构发展,加强企业和区域信用体系建设。
