摘    要:采用U型管微压测定装置,研究了不同类型、不同预湿程度和不同掺量的陶粒在总水灰比相同,1 d龄期混凝土中的吸水返水变化规律.研究结果表明,陶粒吸水返水过程与陶粒类型、预湿程度密切相关,受陶粒掺量的影响很小;当陶粒类型相同时,预湿程度越高,陶粒在混凝土中的吸水能力越弱;当预湿程度相同时,对于无预湿陶粒,吸水率大的陶粒吸水能力较强;对于有预湿陶粒(1 h或24 h),吸水率大的陶粒吸水能力较弱.

Abstract:Using a U-shaped tube test device, the water absorption and desorption characteristic of ceramsite with different type, pre-wetting degree and ceramsite content in concrete with the same total water to cement ratio was investigated. The study result shows that the water absorption and desorption property of ceramsite in concrete is closely related to the ceramsite type and pre-wetting degree, while the influence of ceramsite content can be ignored. When the type of ceramsite is the same, with the increasing of prewetting degree of ceramsite, the water-absorbing ability of ceramsite decreases. When the pre-wetting degree is the same, for non-prewetting ceramsite, the ceramsite with higher water absorption capacity has stronger water-absorbing; and for prewetting ceramsite (1h or 24h), the ceramsite with higher water absorption capacity has weaker water-absorbing.
