单板机多道脉冲幅度分析器

摘    要:本文详细地叙述了如何采用单板机接口电路来代替多道分析器。通过分析多道电路的工作过程,阐明了这个接口电路的关键部分是峰值保持电路,它直接影响该接口电路的分辨能力,为此,选用由集成元件组成的比较式峰值保持电路,通过反复的调试,获得了输入脉冲幅值得保持精度小于1%的工作稳定线性电路。此外,本文还对软件设计作了简单的介绍,并提供了流程图。最后,文章又叙述了用该接口电路测量~(137)C_r和~(60)C_o两种放射源的Υ能谱,并进行了重复试验,其结果基本一样,分辩率均小于10%。这一结果表明,该接口电路能做教学和科研工作。

Abstract:This paper describes in detail a single-board and interface to replace a multi-channel analyser. Analysing the work processes of a multichannel circuit, the author expounds key unit of the interface in peak value keeping circuit which has the direct influence on the resolution of the system. It is best to use the comparison type integrated peak value keeping circuit, which can keep the output pulse amplifude the same as the input pulse amplitude, though repeated adjustments. And the resolution less than 0.01 in 0.02-5.00v range is realized. Besides, this paper gives a biref introduction to soft ware. The paper finally mentions that the interface circuit can be used to measure ~(137)C, and ~(60)C. ray spectrum. Repeated experiments show that the results are not changed and the peak width is less than 0.1, The results show this interface circuit can be used for teaching and research work
