| Abstract: | By using bibliometric method, and taking CNKI as the literatures’ statistical source, this paper collects the data of the research papers about service quality of domestic libraries published in the period of 1983-2012, and makes the statistical analysis on these data from aspects of the years distribution, journals distribution, authors distribution and subjects distribution. |
