| 摘 要： | 由于教育经费的增加不足以抵消书刊上涨的速度，所以在提高服务质量的同时，如何降低高校图书馆费用成为人们研究的热点。结合图书馆基层工作及管理岗位的经验，提出了改进高校图书馆服务质量与降低高校图书馆成本的建议。

| Abstract: | Due to the increase of educational funds is not enough to offset the rising speed of price of the books and journals. So, while improving the quality of services, how to reduce the cost of university library has become a hot research topic. Connecting with the experiences of library’s basic-level work and management post, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the service quality and reducing the cost of university library. |
