| 一种新型电子警察的设计 |

| 摘 要： | 为了有效解决现有电子警察系统中存在的缺陷,提出一种新型电子警察的设计方法.在硬件上基于高速模拟电路、高速DSP和大规模可编程逻辑器件设计高清摄像机,在软件上采用检测区域、虚拟线和背景帧差相结合的检测方法,并结合全天候图像亮度特征信息分析,实现了车辆实时检测与违章记录的有效采集的性能要求.实验结果表明通过新方法设计的系统稳定可靠,实时性强,检测率高,记录有效率高,完全满足应用要求.

| Abstract: | To effectively improve the current electronic police system,a new electronic police design method is proposed.This method adopts high-definition video cameras as its hardware platform,and effective video-based Vehicle detection algorithm as its software support.Hardware platform is based on high-speed analog circuits,high-speed DSP(digital signal processor) and large-scale programmable logic device,and detection algorithm is a combination of detection region,virtual line and background subtraction techniques.Besides,the analysis of all-weather image brightness characteristics information is considered.All these make our system realize the function of real-time vehicle detection and the function of effective collection of vehicle violation records.Experimental results show that the new system is stable and reliable,with strong real-time feature and high detection rate,which fully meets the application requirements. |
