| Abstract: | The appreciation or interpretation of literature is an aesthetic activity of conversing and exchanging between a reader and a work ; it is also an aesthetic re - creation that a reader seeks personality and the spirit of the times . A reader and a work change and influence each other . A reader by giving free rein to his aesthetic activity and creative power seeks and promotes personality , makes his efforts to tap the spirit of the times and the aesthetic value of a work and builds an aesthetic world full of perception of artistic aesthetics and creative power in the course of the interpretation of the whole meaning , which is complicated , profound and infinite , of a work . |
