蜂花粉的灭菌和发酵试验

摘    要:蜂花粉营养十分丰富,但花粉含杂菌较多,且具有苦涩味,不易为人们接受。我们通过温差灭菌,酵母菌发酵,乳酸菌发酵,以及米曲霉和酵母菌混合发酵,解决这一难题,收到良好效果。

Abstract:The nutritionat of the bee pollen is rich But people don't easily accept it as the pollen contains a lot of bacteria and a bitlle astrigment.We basically solved this difficult problem with good effect by extinguishing the bacteria throgh temperature difference and ferment of Saccharomycete Lactate bacteria Aspergillus with Saccharomycete.
