茜素红荷移分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星

摘    要:在pH=6.5~7的水溶液中,盐酸环丙沙星与茜素红能发生荷移反应,形成2∶1的荷移络合物,最大吸收波长λmax=526 nm,表观吸收系数为1.16×105 L/(mol·cm);盐酸环丙沙星在0~19μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,其回归方程为:A=-0.0298+0.0054 C,相关系数为0.9987.该方法试剂易得,直接在水溶液中进行,操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,用于盐酸环丙沙星纯粉和片剂的测定,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:A new spectrophoto method has been developed for the determinatio of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride.It is based on the charge-transfer reaction of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride with alizarin red in water solution.The complex has strong absorbance at 526 nm while ciporfloxacin hydrochloride have no absorbance at the same wavelength.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.16×105 L /(mol·cm.) The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 0~19 μg/mL;The linear regression is A=-0.029 8+0.005 4 C(C:μg/mL).The correlative coefficient is 0.998 7.The composition of complex of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride with alizarin red is 2∶1.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride and sample with satisfactory results.
