激光热解制粉反应器的光路参数优化计算

摘    要:对自行设计的150W级激光气相热解反应器作了光路参数优化计算,反应器光路激光参数计算按普通球面波作近似处理,与反应有关的激光功率密度及腰束直径按高斯光束处理,喷嘴的结构尺寸及聚焦镜焦距的优化计算主要考虑反应过程的等功率密度因素,结合实例讨论了优化计算的意义。

Abstract:Optimizing calculations have been made for laser vapour-phase pyrolysis reac-tor. Parameters of laser beam route in the reactor was handled in accordance with commonspherical surface wave, and power density and the diameter of waist laser were handled inaccordance with Gauss light beam, Equal power density factor in reaction was consideredfor optimizing calculations of structure, size of the spray nozzle and focal length of GaAslens. Significant of the optimizing calculations was discussed with examples.
