煤粉锅炉卫燃带的数值模拟

摘    要:以1025t/h4角切圆煤粉锅炉为研究对象,在炉膛燃烧器区段及折焰角下部附近分别敷设了不同的卫燃带,借助于Fluent软件对其开展数值模拟研究.研究结果表明,在其他结构参数相同的情况下,导热系数较小或较厚的卫燃带可以获得较好的稳燃效果;同时,锅炉负荷较大或者较大的卫燃带面积也可获得较好的稳燃效果.

Numerical simulation on the heat-insulating refractory of pulverized coal boiler
Abstract:The furnace of pulverized coal boiler of 1025 t/h and distribution wind on the four corner of is studied in this paper. And the refractory faced zones must be laid under zones of the location of jets or close to furnace arch zones as far as possible. Numerical simulation of refractory belt is feasible by FLUENT software. Keeping other structure parameters constant, heat transfer performance will be better with the decrease of the refractory belt thickness or higher the thermal conductivity. When the boiler is at high load or increase the refractory belt area, the combustion stabilizing efficiency can be better.
