| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、及数理统计等方法,对常州市高校体育课的准备活动形式进行了调查分析。找出目前常州市高校体育课教学中准备活动部分的不足,并提出科学合理性建议,进而为更好的完成体育教学任务服务。
