摘    要:结合颗粒运动方程和一些合理的假设,计算了多管旋风分离器的进气室模型内颗粒运动轨迹,从中总结出进气室内颗粒惯性分离的规律,建立了惯性分离模型.提出惯性分离效率的计算方法.用加粉实验对惯性分离效率进行验证。实测值与计算值较为吻合.

Abstract:On the basis of the particle motion equations and some reasonableassumptions. the trajectories of the particles in a inlet chamber model of the multicyclone separater were calculted. A simplified gas-solid inertial separation model was established, and the expressions for inertial separation efficiency were deduced. The model and the calculation were verified by experiments. The results of laboratory measurement and claculation are in good agreement.
